In Color Digital Communities (ICDC) is a homegrown organization located right here in Santa Barbara, here on California's beautiful Central Coast. These are the terms and conditions of your sponsorship:
  1. This agreement is between In Color Digital Communities (ICDC, a division of In Color) and You, the purchaser of a sponsorship program.
  2. WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING. You are purchasing a subscription for the sponsorship of a website. In order to allow You to advertise your sponsorship, we are providing banner space on the Site. Your sponsorship is appreciated whether or not you choose to utilize the banner space.
  3. SIGN UP PROCESS. Sponsorship may be initiated and completed by choosing a particular website you wish to sponsor, selecting the desired banner size and/or location, paying for the subscription by checking out at paypal.com, returning to incolor.net and following the instructions for preparing and sending us your banner. Your subscription allows you to submit a maximum of one Change Order Request per month.
  4. BANNER SPECIFICATIONS. Your banner should be 72 dpi at the exact pixel size of the banner you purchased. Although high-quality JPEG is recommended, GIF and animated GIF are acceptable. SWF is not acceptable. Skyscraper banners should be under 95 kilobytes in size, or they will be re-compressed. Likewise, Marquee banners should be under 75 kilobytes and Standard banners under 50 kilobytes. If you need larger file sizes, please obtain approval in advance by contacting the webmaster here.
  5. CLICK-THROUGH LINK. The Click-Through Link is a URL to which visitors will be forwarded when they click on your banner. For example, the click-through link might be your organization's home page. A fully qualified URL is required if you wish to have visitors redirected.
  6. BANNER & LINK REVIEW. Banners and links on our sites will be reviewed for inappropriate content prior to and after their initial postings, and we reserve the right to remove any link which we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, contains "Inappropriate Content." Inappropriate Content includes, but is not limited to, any words, items or graphics of an offensive, lewd, or suggestive nature; material that is in violation of federal, State, or local laws; or material which harms or impugns the image, reputation or goodwill of ICDC or any of its advertisers or associates. We encourage you to contact us if you feel Inappropriate Content is being displayed on any of our sites.
  7. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. Your subscription will automatically renew on according to the sponsorship period indicated on your invoice. You may cancel your subscription at anytime before the automatic renewal date. No refunds will be given for partial or full prepaid periods.
  8. SUBSCRIPTION GUARANTEE. Your continued subscription and space reservation is guaranteed only while your credit card information on file with Paypal remains current. If your subscription lapses, we reserve the right to fulfill your spot to another client.
  9. DECLINED CHARGES. In the event that any ICDC charge is declined and you are unable to remedy the situation prior to renewal date, your subscription will be subject to termination at our sole discretion.
  10. LIMITED DAMAGES. In no event shall ICDC, its agents, representatives, and independent contractors be liable for any lost profits, lost use, lost benefits, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ICDC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ICDC's cumulative liability to You or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, actions, or otherwise arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the Product. Some states do not allow certain limitations of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to You.
  11. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the Manage My Subscription button here: Upon cancellation, you will accrue no further charges. Unless we receive notice otherwise (contact us here), your banner will continue to run through the end of your paid subscription term.  Please don't hesitate to restart your subscription any time by visiting our Sponsorships page. You can also use this button to update your credit card information.
  12. Terms and conditions are subject to change. The current terms and conditions of this agreement will always be available on this page. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notice unless you have an active subscription, in which case you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel your subscription before changes go in effect. We will never raise prices for an active subscription before your pre-paid term expires.
