In Color has published a second coffee table book to complement our 2013 publication about Santa Barbara's annual Old Spanish Days - Fiesta celebration.
This book has the same measurements and page count as Fiesta and will be ready for purchase in June 2015.
Featuring the photography and design of In Color principal, A. Arthur Fisher, this book incorporates 13 years of Summer Solstice Celebration photography, and it includes chapters about each aspect of the event: float building, pre-parade preparations, the widely-cherished parade and the events at Alameda Park. The book's text is written by Santa Barbara native, Jenna Tico, and the foreword was provided by the Summer Solstice Celebration organization. Combined with Fiesta, this pair make a complete set of the two largest annual, summer celebrations in the county.
